    Default Harris today

Me and my son had another good day at harris ,had a friend that wanted some to eat so we kept him a few. Fish were still in 20-26 ft we only kept 10" and above had couple more nice ones in between 12-14" all on minnows.

I will tell you this some of my bigger fish come off of bass minnows instead of crappie minnows. I always try to take a dozen or more bass minnows sometimes they work for bigger fish sometimes they don’t.

I seem to do better with smaller minnows but the bigger ones do seem to keep the small perch and bream away

Yea it is kinda funny you say that because I also have noticed that some of the bigger fish will eat the smallest minnow in the bucket when you pull it out you think there is no way you are going to catch a fish on it.
