Monk was a very dear friend of mine and I will never forget him. Every time I put on a purple rain jig I will think about him. To the family I will be there Thursday eve and If there is anything I can do to help I will be more than happy to. Again, I'm really going to miss him. BILLY Michael / billyniten , crappie .com

Didn't know him but prayers are sent! Sounds like one heck of a fellow and he will surely be missed by all.
Wow, just talked to him a few weeks back. He told me his feet were in bad shape, but didn't realize he was that bad off. Good fellow, we lost a major contributor to the crappie fishing world.
