Thread: 2/24 BigEyeCrappieman Tournament Jordan Lake Results

The 4th Tournament in the 2018 BigEyeCrappieman Fishing Series 2/24 at Jordan Lake NC started of with a light Southwest wind and cloudy Skies. The 32 teams that showed up to test their skills on the Elusive Big Eye Crappie found the fish biting from the start . The sun came out the wind picked up and the bite was on . Lots of fish caught . Shallow and deep. From the lower end of the lake to the upper end. Water temp ranged from 57 to 64 degrees throughout the day . The father and son team of Chester and Aaron Eubanks bested the field of 32 teams with a 1st Place catch of 7 Fish 13.500 lbs and also caught the Big Fish of the Day with a 2.400 lb monster. They edged out the 2nd Place Team of Jeff Dalton and Glenn Sykes who had 7 Fish at 13.025 lbs . Followed by the BigEyeCrappieman and his partner Art Ferrell with 12. 650 lbs . In our Devotion time we talked about Jesus and the parable of the Lost Treasure . We talked about why Jesus talked in parables . Because the Bible said he would back in the Book of Psalms. We talked about those who read the Bible (Gods Word) and seek His Wisdom will be those who understand the parables and find His Truth in them . Lisa Alspaugh was awarded The BigEyeCrappieman 3rd Place Prize money to remind us that it’s not what we do it’s what Christ did for us . We don’t deserve the prize , but we are given life because of what He did for us. It’s was a great day of Fellowship On and Beside the water. Here are the results of the Days Fishing -
