Falls Lake

Has anyone fished Falls lately for Crappie? It may be too early for them to head to the creeks like the one in front of Rolling View Marina? The water level is so low in Kerr it is becoming dangerous! My Pastor and I want to try Falls. We live in Goldsboro, NC so any help would be much appreciated as it is an hour and forty five minute drive for us. Thanks, G

I fished beaver dam area a few weeks ago but I think its been so cold the fish are still out deeper. Lots of seagulls chasing shad

Fished yesterday caught 15 nice ones mostly on a jig bminnow bite was minimal but didn’t start fishing them till after dark
