    Hello everyone, I’m just curious what are the new white bass regulations? Is for all NC lakes? Any info deeply appreciated..

    All inland waters

    That's what I was thinking, that's a pretty big white bass. Way back when we had plenty of white bass the lion share of the limits caught was 10" class male fish. I'm sure this size and creel will help out the population.

    Will probably take a few tickets to get people to understand the difference between white bass and white perch.

    I'll bet the game wardens are going to get tired of writing tickets below Penny's Bend where the Eno River runs into the Falls Lake this Spring.

    They ought to make it illegal to throw White Perch back in too. They'd likely end up with too many young White Bass getting kept instead.
