Not new to fishing for crappie in summer and stripers in winter, but a new poster to this board. Been lurking for a while and enjoy all the posts.

I fished High Rock Fri. morn and enjoyed doing battle with the usual 8 and 9 inch crappies. Enough to have a case of tendinitis on Sat. Is this a case of Crappie Elbow? Any remedies.

All us regular striper fishermen just watch to see what Pete and Reelsmoke are doing and then try to copy. Nice catch down at the coast this past weekend Reel. Wife caught her first lake Tillery striper Friday night about dark.

Thanks for the warm welcome. My striper trips are either Hickory, Rhodhiss, and down to Lake Murrey from Nov. to March. I fish Jorden and High Rock post spawn to Oct. for crappie. Retirement is not for everyone but I am very good at it.

Welcome. We tend to do ocean striper fishing but that is becoming harder and harder as the fish are not pushing South as much anymore. We could slam them out Nags Head several years ago and then we started going to VA Beach and now they're not showing up there as much. Still can catch a few in the Bay but not like it used to be. Crappie fishing at night is about the most relaxing thing you'll do.
