    We have been using the Baked Parmesan Crappie recipe and absolutely love it. Cook 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. It,s listed under cooking crappie.

    We've been experimenting with an air fryer as of late but have not gotten a recipee hammered down yet.

    hard to beat spicy house autry and some heinz tartar sauce, what other fish do u have in there with the crappie fillets?

    my favorite and easy - just pour some olive oil and seasoning and grill them on a stainless grill plate that is perforated

    simple and healthy

    Ah ha Gobbler you are very observant, my very thoughts also. A little too red. However I do think I see a couple crappie up toward the front. Good looking mess of fish though. I like mine in House Autry fried in peanut oil.
