We have been using the Baked Parmesan Crappie recipe and absolutely love it. Cook 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. It,s listed under cooking crappie.
Now that they are ready lets hear from you about how YOU like them cooked.

We've been experimenting with an air fryer as of late but have not gotten a recipee hammered down yet.
Bring them on over we'll figure out something. I got some House Autry and cooking oil, they won't go to waste! We'll fry'em up!
hard to beat spicy house autry and some heinz tartar sauce, what other fish do u have in there with the crappie fillets?

Ah ha Gobbler you are very observant, my very thoughts also. A little too red. However I do think I see a couple crappie up toward the front. Good looking mess of fish though. I like mine in House Autry fried in peanut oil.
House of Autry, Onion Slice, Hushpuppies, Cold Drink, and an appetite!!
Time to play TUG-A-WAR!! HEY....you gotta' hook em to cook em!
