Default new member 2.75 lb high rock

Hello, I am a new member, I am the one that caught the 2.75 lb Crappie at High Rock Sunday. The reason it didn't show up at Tamarac or Hills is I live in Winston and had put in at Southmont, stopped by Mimi's tackle on #8. This is my personal best! Was caught on a black/blue,with green tail Kalin's curly tail casting (slow roll) to the bank, fish was in about 2 ft of water. I do not spider rig, I either slow roll curly tails or cork and jig fish. Hopefully I will have more to post in the next few weeks! Mainly fish High Rock but occasionally go to Thom-a-Lex. Good luck to ALL!!! ****Here is his fish**** Poppop

It is in POPPOP post earlier. I am new to the site and do not know how to post pictures yet. I will try to learn how for future posts.. My best before this one was 2.40 at HR in 2007 so this one really excited me!

Welcome to CDC. Great fish! Not a lot of folks get to catch one like that in a lifetime.
