    Default Trent River 2/3

Water temps ranged from 46.7 to 49.8* F. Fish caught in 3-8' depth. Started fishing around 7:30 and probably didn't get a bite for about an hour or so. Just kept moving and finally found some fish. These fish were in a section of a creek stretched over about a 100 yds or so. The biggest females will probably lay out the first 2-3 wks in March. The eggs are really developing rapidly in these fish.

The biggest fish I had yesterday was just under 1.5lbs, and I had quite a few over a lb. I caught close to 50 and kept a limit pretty quickly once I found them. Don't get discouraged or give up if the fish you've been catching have moved. This time of year, they're only gonna move so far.
