crappie don't look down very much. Their eyes are on top of their head. they feed up and then dive. Then they start all over. That's why sometimes you don't feel them when they first take it if you are tight lining. Just my 2 cents.
Have y'all heard if a crappie gets hooked in the top it's looking up for food. If it gets hooked in the bottom lip it's going down for food. I was just wondering if there was any truth to that
