Thread: Hotttt afternoon 5-2

Been off and on the water here lately, more off then on, but got in very late last night from work, and shot up out of bed at 7am this morning and had to go fishing short notice.

Shot out 1 txt message and just so happened to get lucky and had David ready to go in no time.

literally spent more time catching bait then fishing.

fished 1 1/2 hrs give or take in the heat of the afternoon then ran like hell to the ramp with all the thunderboomers in the area. hard to leave them biting.

kept 2 limits, released maybe 6or so more.

trailered up and down the road before the flood gates opened.

for those who fish with me regular know i have this 6th sense with an incoming Thunderstorm. something i dont play around with. Saw it coming, might have pushed it a few extra minutes, but had plenty of time to spare before the brunt of it all rolled in.

Enjoyed it David. been a while. we shall do it again soon. about time i had some quality help on board!!!!
