Default want to trade guided crappie trips for turkey hunting permission

hard to find places to turkey hunt that actually has some birds so i thought i would throw this out there and see if i could get a bite, i do a little bit of guiding on the side when i have time(capt. k''s carolina adventures) and am willing to trade a couple fully guided trips to gain access to some good turkey hunting places, this could be and hopefully would be an ongoing thing, turkey season is from april 9-may7, not looking for deer just strictly a place to turkey hunt for myself and take my young son with me some, would be willing to book trips on jordan, harris, or any of the yadkin chain lakes, either now or later, your call, pm here or my cell# is 336-301-6652, kevin
i have run into this scenario before and it has turned into a good friendship and we both benefited from it. like my slogan says" with an emphasis on teaching as well as catching" some folks go to learn new techniques others want to go just to catch a bunch of fish, either way we'll have a good time.

If you don't own the land or belong to a hunting club then you are usually is trouble trying to find something. We were fishing in Robeson Creek last weekend and probably 30 yards behind the boat we had a big hen fly from the opposite bank to right in front of us. At first I though it was another Heron but about half way across I realized what it was.
I gave up spring gobbler many years ago when 3 of my friends (on 3 different occasions) got peppered in the head with shot. Good luck to you and be safe.

funny you said that, i just got out of the hospital, got shot from 31 yds away with copperplated #5's in the right side of my head down in fla, thats one reason why i am looking for a private safe place to hunt and take the younger ones, i truly thought it was all over with.

Got nothing to help on your search, but wanted to say it is a shame your experience down here. Have not turkey hunted down here in about 7 years as it is hard to get a draw on the less pressured places and the ones you can get a draw on have the idiots you ran into. Good luck on your search.

Glad you are okay Kevin. Did you have to stay overnight at the hospital?

Had to avoid some turkeys landing in RDU yestersay.
Lots of land out there, but might raise a few red flags if your seen toting a gun out there! Ha.

    Good luck with your search.
