Default coastal striped bass report 12/10&11

Fished a coastal river in NC on Thurs and Fri morning. Thursday we caught small fish all day long throwing spinning tackle and fly tackle. About an hour before dark keeper and larger fish showed up for the party. We easily caught our limit of 3 each. Fri morning was a slow bite on the smalls and we quit around 10 to do other things.

If you look closely you will see the last few letters of the bridge we were fishing near - William B Umstead Memorial Bridge = Manns Harbor.

Gotcha I thought the Neuse river had the same rule as the Roanoke River.
