    Default Wounded Warrior tournament

Well c.com was represented at the tournament today, and my boat took home the biggest crappie trophy, my lady veteran caught that. It was 1.12, and that was good enough to win it. Of course we only had 4 boats fishing for crappie, 45 boaters gave there time and only 4 were for crappie, we gotta get some more boats out there fishing for crappie next year, we had a blast.Name: image.jpg

It was a blast today!!! Thanks again to Crappietuttle, Feel-n-Crappie and Extreme Fishing Concepts (Maynard and Jason) for coming out today. I agree we need to get some more crappie boats involved. These guys and gals were so excited this morning I think they were ready to fish more than us. This event is getting bigger every year. We have a list of boaters that have already signed up for sure next year. We had 2 crappie boats last year and 4 this year the pattern seems to be doubling every year so lets try to get 8 boats next year!!!!Again thanks to those who participated today. CrappieTuttle I know you had one happy fisherman on you boat today it was awesome to see her catch that fish and the look on her face when she seen that fish!!!! We should be having something on Fox 8 and you can also go to the Operation North State Facebook page and see the pic. They should all be loaded with in a day or 2.

Way to go guys, if everybody had smiles like you two, then everyone had a good time.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Let us know the date next year and keep us posted about the crappie fishermen. I would be glad to take someone out.

Id like to get in on one the Wounded Warrior project is a great program. I fully support it and would enjoy giving back any way I could. Barkley or Kentucky lake would be a great place that have some real good fish. I had a really good two week trip down there with quite a few crappie at 2 pounds or better.
