Hyco Saturday Afternoon
[Launched about 11:00 with a stiff Northern wind blowing up the launch cove. Maybe that was the reason for lack of anglers as I counted less than 10 boat trailers parked at the ramp. I started my rounds first looking at brush and found plentiful fish but all dinks. Boat docks produced most of the same with an occasional keeper in the bunch. Finally hit a laydown in 12 FOW with a mixed school of keeper 10" fish and dinks. Had a load of fun on that tree top with the crappie about 4-5' deep. Switched to corks and minnows and was entertained for hours watching the cork disappear into the cloudy water. Guessing maybe 30 some fish caught with a dozen making the trip home. Good day on the water. FB
