Another good Day

Well My friend Eric and I went out this past Wednesday and had a pretty good catch. It was right before the thunderstorms rolled between 12:30 and 4. We were fishing with minnows and jigging, caught most on the minnow though. We made a quick afternoon trip down to Waxsaw and fished at Cane Creek Park. Its a pretty nice place to go when you dont have a big boat to hit the big lakes with . Here are a couple of pics. Top one was the ones we kept, Middle is me holding 2 that i caught at one time on 2 different poles, and the bottom is my friend Eric holding the biggest of the day 11.5 inches 1.75lbs there abouts. Weathers cooling of and they are starting to bite again. Couple more weeks fishing will be perfect.

I've always liked fishing Cane Creek. It's just a little far for me to run to very often.
