    Default Lake Norman - FINALLY!!!!


    The wife and I tried Norman this morning, put in @ Little Creek Access Area and did some long line trolling. Water temp by days end was 70.5 degrees! Did good until the clouds moved out. Ended up catching only 10 crappie but the 9 that we kept were greater than 10". Kailins green shad on a chartreuse 1/16 jig trolled at 0.7mph was the ticket. Here are a few pics:

    Watch those "on the water photos ....I know that dock in the back ground....good spot

    you know the dock I bet there were more under them then out in front of them at 07 mile an hr.... just my .02, just being observant not arrogant...try ya a white 1/4 oz. spinner bait out in ya spread next time and tell me what ya think....good catch and good fixins sho nuff......
