You'll need to test it with a load tester. Charge it over night and take it to autozone or another parts store. They can check it for you. Batteries can do weird things. Some will last seven years and others will only last one.
Finally get to take the boat out since a trip to randleman lake, which cost me two new batteries. I got the boat crank and went shallow for crappie but caught none. Then headed straight to crane creek, water was pretty muddy, fish for about 10 minutes and decided to crank the engine. But it wont crank!!!Just my day, waited so long to go fishing and this happen. I don;t know what went wrong, it could be the battery but it was working 10 minutes before. Anyway, thanks to a guy and his wife, they hauled me all the way to the wildlife boat access and another guy helped me getting the boat into my trailer. THanks very much guys. Anyone think is the battery? I just bought this battery last august and havent been fishing since then. I came home and tried to charge it for about 2 hours but it trimming still doesnt work and engine still doesnt crank. Anyone have any suggestion??

i am charging it overnight and take it back to where i bought the battery from, hopefully it is the battery and nothing else. Or else i am going to sell my boat, i am just tried of this...thanks for the suggestion.
If nothing is working you may have a blown fuse that controls the power to the motor. This happened to me once on Hartwell and I finally found a fuse inside the motor cover that was blown. Good luck.
RUST NEVER SLEEPS
Take it from me. Make sure everything is tight. Bad ground?
Sorry to hear this bad news. I second Brad. I have had the same thing happen and it turned out to be a loose ground on the battery. Make sure they are corrosion free and tight connections. Hope you get it straight soon.
Just get him on, then we'll worry about getting him in!
Clean all electrical connections and make sure they are tight, check circuit breaker if it has one, some do some don't, fuses under the control panel may need cleaning and or replacing.
I PRACTICE CATCH & FRY---WHEN I CAN FISH AND CATCH:D
Yep, what they all said!! Check all the wires, fuses, connections, and everything in between. If it is not the battery, and somtimes ya get a bad one, and not a blown fuse, or a fuse hidden away somewhere nobody would ever think of looking for it. Well then it is probly in the wiring some where. I have had all these problems with a boat, and found out somtimes that the wiring goes bad and ya just have to re-wire. This worked for me, because after getting all the other parts and installing them, the only thing left to change was the wires. Do'nt sell your boat over something that is usally a pretty simple fix. Have any questions give me a pm. Would be more than happy to help!!
Difference between day and night: Day= one rod, one jig/Night= Many rods & a bucket full of minners
Ditto what all suggested but check to make sure you haven't left a switch on, maybe a light, depthfinder, any thing can drain a battery down.
Thanks to all that gave suggestions. My boat works now!!. All of you guys were right, it was nothing but a lose cable.lol. I had looked at the wrong battery to begin with, i was looking and messing with the trolling battery instead of the start engine battery. I felt so stupid, mistaken the start engine battery with trolling battery. So i took it to H and H marine in liberty and he spotted it right away.A very nice man, he didnt charge me a darn thing. I was glad to take to him anyway, i got him to do a little fixing with the trailer.. Thanks to all!!! Now can someone tell me where to catch white bass at High Rock, dying to catch these creatures before i go crappie fishing..
