Catching a mess like that always brightens the day!
Put in at 7am, man was it cold. The wind steadily got worse throughout the morning. Trolled for a few hours and only picked up three fish. Wind got too bad to troll. We were about to take it in and I made a cast towards a dock. BAM! Cast again. BAM! Dropped the anchor and ended up finishing out a two man limit there. Glad to finally catch a mess of fish. Slip bobber with a jig and minnow about three ft down was the ticket. Biggest fish 14in most in the 10-11 in range.

Way to go Chuck! U got to show me how to catchem one of these days.
the water temps must be getting right for all of these crappies staring to show up shallow at norman nice report
Very nicely done. It just goes to show you that constantly searching and trying different things can often turn things
around quickly as your report points out. Sounds like a cold, windy... but fun and productive day.

Nice catch! I think they are gonna be coming in early this year on Norman with the mild winter. We caught fish in 3-4ft on Friday.
Great job, especially for such a windy day.
