    Default Fished Jordan 11-10-10


    Well, its been a while since I have posted on here. School is about to do me in, but only one semester left! Got the chance to get away yesterday and take Zach out with me and a friend of mine. Put in and fished Farrington all day. Got on about 7:45am and fished till about 3. Ended up with 75 for the day according to the clicker, with 27 being keepers (lost 2 of them getting them to the livewell). Took home 25 to clean. 1 14", 2 13", probably 4 in the 12" range, and the rest around 11". Bought 8 dozen minnows to start with, and then had a couple nice guys give us a few dozen as they were leaving. I think they said they read on crappie.com, but don't post. If you read this, "Thanks again!" Absolutely beautiful day on the water and a refreshing outing.

    Great report mikefish and Zach. Good lookin' catch and gonna be a good feast with some puppies, slaw and fries... yum, when is it goin' to be ready?
    Mike you didn't mention how bad Zach outfished you and your other friend... or did he???

    Saw you there Mike.I was in the black&gold G3 deepv with the big guy on back.We had 18 keepers and a whole lot of 9 1/2in fat throwbacks.Beautiful day to be on the lake.

    JP, yeah I remember seeing ya'll. I agree with your buddy, "We must just be too big to sneak up on em". My buddy and I were commenting on how nice your boat was laid out and that it looked like a fishing machine. It's a G3, right? I have really enjoyed mine since I got it. We are taking it out for stripers down around Badin this weekend. I am ready to feel a big pull now.

    PG24, Zach has had a good couple weeks here. He shot a cowhorn and doe 2 saturdays ago (one in the morning and one in the evening) and then helped put some fish in the boat this Wednesday. He is a great kid, and I am so proud of him on and off the water.
