    Default Jordan stripers

was wondering if there was enough interest here to keep a good striper thread going? Caught some good fish around the ebenezer ramp in the last week and got on some really nice fish around 64 sat, better catches of fish on live bait it seems they still aren't schooled up real tight most fish around 12'-18'

Yes there is! In fact, I do a lot of striper fishing on Tillery and it would be great to hear from some others.
This year we are having a hard time finding live bait on the lake. Many have bought bass minnows or have caught bait on Badin and then used them on Tillery. Usually around mid July we start trolling with peak around mid August.
Every year they do something a little different.

I have tried to hang out on a certain striper forum but had little interest in the Carolina section. So little in fact it would be weeks if not months for a response to a thread.
It would be great to find some local interest and info regarding inland stripers.

It would have to be stuck in my eye or testicle before I spent $200.00.

we used pliers and my wife even used a razorblade and cut through the skin! my buds, who have gotten out many hooks during their lifetime, couldn't get it out. one even passed out when we tried to push it through the knuckle, it wouldn't budge, pulling or pushing. even the loop and pull didn't work.those little ones are dangerous
