Short and sweet: Couldn't get on 'em. Took my daughter and tried the standing timber - after talking to a guy who found a few the night before. Hooked a few small ones and several white bass - most of whom swallowed the hook,.
Moved over to the Farrington bridge for a little while but things didn't improve so we packed it in.
I figured the full moon just past would have had them biting good. Guess I figured wrong - at least in those two spots. Anybody do any better?
Had a devil of a time finding gas on the way home late Sunday night. Won't make that mistake again!

Sea-sons, you're right about spending time with the kids. They grow up too fast. They are enjoying hanging out with Dad since we got the boat though. The fish are a bonus.

I have always had more luck at the other end at Ebenezer. MCF, lets hook up one night and fish Ebenezer.
My buddy Bill is coming up from the coast the weekend after the social. We are fishing Friday and Saturday night. We are heading to Ebenezer one night and Shearon Harris on Saturday night. Join us if you will.
