at least you tried Joe...thanks for the report
Fished today from 8-1, water temps 44 to 51. Put in at Hagers Creek one word to describe the lake was MUDDY! Smaller creeks were like chocolate milk main lake in front of the ramp was just as bad. I went down as far as the #12 channel marker muddy there and beyond. The lake did look pretty clear from what I could see going down 77.
I did find a good brush pile with fish on it but no bites.

Joe , your eyes are deceiving you. The lake was dirty all the way to the dam. Davidson Creek was cleaner than the rest but most of the lake was heavily stained to say the least. Fishing will be easy the next couple weeks just catching will be tough
Thanks for the Norman report ,I was up at 5:00 this mornign debating whether to fish or work on my house.Today at lunch I was hating life because I didn't go fishing.Sounds like Norman is no cleaner than it was Fri.
Maybe we'll get some weather to clear us up a little.
Crossing over the lake today, at the county line and next to exit 30 looked clear. But the first time you cross in the south lane it was muddy.
Went to norman Fri afternoon & night with Gman, went to mcrary creek first. Found brush, marked fish but couldn't hit 'em in the mouth. Tried to get up to some lay downs on main channel and almost got stuck on the bottom but couldn't see the bottom out the boat. Tried 150 bridge that night but Hydra-glo didn't draw in first bait fish. Packed up round 10 and just called it a long boat ride
