I posted my catch from last weekend in the gen fourm. Got out agian yesterday. Not as hot but did catch some gills, 3 crappie and alost of small bass. With it getting colder here in the lower state maybe the fall feed is getting close. Also dusting off the ice gear hehe.

I'm not fishing nearly as much, and am after salmon when I do go... so I just haven't had anything to report. Once hunting season is in full swing, I'll be done fishing until spring.

Been out chasing walleye and catching smallies. Not much on crappie fishing yet, maybe end of the month and into Nov.

Yepper, ultralitefishing.com is happening quite well.
I've been out fishing, but not catching the crappie this year.
I've been out with the 6# chasing some tasty walleyes with my 2" rib grubs and X-raps.

Maybe once the ice forms in January, I'll be back in the crappie, but I've just been working, hiking and getting out once a week if I'm lucky.

I'm not. I went there for a while and it was a disaster. I don't like the site.

I went there on the recommendation of Camo and it all started out fine. Then a guy asks where to find a jig he couldn't locate and I post a place where he can find it. The next day I come back and my post is gone. Thinking there was some kind of mistake I repost. Next day I'm banned from the forum. No explanation email. I email the admin. No answer for 3 weeks. He says he will look into it. Another 3 weeks go by. He say I'm not allowed to post and links to tackle companies that aren't sponsoring the site. I tell him that none of his sponsors handle the jigs the guy wanted and I was just trying to be helpful. He says he was away on vacation or something and he will straighten it out. A month later I check back in and I'm still banned. I email him one more time. A slightly less friendly email than is normal for me, but not nasty, just stating that I'm disappointed in the response time for this issue that was really a nit picky item as far as I was concerned. He says he will straighten it out and finally does, but to be honest, by this time I'm totally soured on the site and its leadership.

They also gave me a hard time about my reel review for the Ardent reel. They initially deleted my post, and then after I emailed them they put it back up under a new topic area, but that was a hassle too.

They are just too uptight for me there. The admin here are much more fair and committed to being helpful. I haven't been back to ULF in months and they still send me 2-3 emails a week with promotions for contests. Its irritating.
