    Default Sunday Open Tournament--Cooper Creek


    Ryan (Labsandslabs) is putting on a late season tournament out of Cooper Creek Sunday.

    $75 entry fee, 100% payback... Meet at Cooper Creek boat ramp to register at 6:45.... Fishing hours 7:30-3:30.... Big fish are biting so should be some big weights!

    Probably the best day of fishing I have ever had for numbers of big fish. I fished with Kevin Pitts for the first time in a tournament and had a blast all day. We ended up with 10.31 lbs but caught enough fish in the 1.25 to 1.45 range we could have weighed in three maybe four times and still had over 9 lbs each time. I spent a lot of time through out the day weighing and throwing back fish in the 1.2-1.4 range. We just needed a kicker fish to put us over the top. But like Kevin and I said on the way to weigh in. Even if we get last it was a fun day.
