Default CoEd/Adult-Youth Tournament on Smithville Lake - Saturday, August 9th, 2014

Relatively stable weather, if a bit cool for this time of year. You won't hear me complainin' though!

Hardly any reports out of Smithville, which could mean one of two things!

But it's time to get together, have some fun and see what fish can be caught.

Rules and regs are here. If your question isn't answered there, feel free to PM me or you can post replies on this thread.

We're about 10 days away, so...let me know if you're gonna be there so I can prepare enough burgers/brats.

I will fish but my partner bailed she has to work. I may make my wife come. She can read a book. Unless we can fish alone.
Feel the thump, hear the drag.

Lookin' like 4 boats again. And that's allowing solo fishermen. But hey, at least the weather forecast improved!!

In answer to David and Jeff...You guys can fish alone. Jeff, I don't want to make you make your wife come out just so's you can fish, so....

Sorry, but I don't want to cook a whole lunch for seven people.

But I'll be there before 6:30a to collect entry fees and back at 12:30 to weigh fish and shoot the breeze.

    Hate to cancel another one.

    I'm in Memphis...driving back tonight.

I'm not gonna feel like fishing tomorrow morning, I'm sure.
