Default Lions Club Tournament Restults and pic of board

Some nice weights come in yesterday..... with the winning weight being 14.30 and on his heels was a 14.25, Congrats to the Glenn and Glenn team on the win and I believe they had 2nd big crappie with a 2.60, with a big old toad of 2.85 winning big crappie....and lots of teams with 13 + pounds, don't forget this is with 10 fish weighed in.... and a total of 66 boats competed.... the odd picture is at Windsor crossing at 12:30 on my way to bucksaw, ramp is about 1/8 mile behind the camp check in building..... guess you would think the spawn is on?

I believe the top five were all crappie.com tournament regulars. Was a tough day of fishing as you can see by all the zeros on the board. We had a 1.97 and thought we had a chance for big fish. Not even close. Only good for third biggest. That 2.85 was a monster. We were lucky enough to finish 5th up against some tough competition.

She was a beauty. 16 1/4" Long an 15 3/8" Round. My partner was in the back retying & I caught her off of one of his poles (luckily it was in reach). She enjoyed the attention and all the pictures, but she was awful happy we took her for a boat ride after the tournament and let her go home. Hopefully all the big fish getting caught will produce some more monsters for us down the road.
