Jeff you shouldn't use difficult words with us like "context". Asked OSS what he thought you meant, said he didnt know for sure but thought it had something to do with a prisoner sending messages on a cell phone.. My thoughts would be if you want more people participating go with the majority fishing. If you only want the as you called them (big sticks) stay with the 4 fish.
