Good luck on your trip Bob and bring your own fuel this time, not a lot of boats out to hitch a ride from lol. Brought my boat home and winterized it for the season. Time for me to start doing what I can for aircraft safety. May go out a few times this winter on those warm, sunny, windless days this winter. Did the lake level change with this last rain?

My excuse is that I haven't been out. My focus has changed to deer for a while. May take a crappie day now and then, but hitting the woods with the old recurve is where it's at this time of year.

    Ok then, here's my report.

Didn't get on the water till around 8:30. Fished "the creek". Must have caught close to 40 keepers but none over 13 inches. Caught them dipping trees and 2 pole slow trolling the channel break. Blk/char and dear John Paddletails fished on 1/8 oz orange jigheads fished a foot off the bottom was the ticket today. Was a great time. Off the water around noon. Gonna have to do it again soon.
