I guess stay on the water then. We will be up here also. Love the cool weather fishing. Lots of good fish and easy to catch when you find them. They are feeding up nice with the Shad being everywhere right now.

Come on up Morris. You will find the fish at Truman every bit as good as the Rez!!!!! It may change your mind about these "dinks"

I got a nice pop up you are more than welcome to use and I am sure we can find enough people to take you for several days. Would not even have to bring a camper or boat with you. Any buddy of Specks is always welcome up here. We catch a good one every now and then up here. Would love to get down your way next spring. Tried this year but it did not work out. I may not ever come home if I get down there and catch a few hogs. Offer for up here is always open just say the word.

Come on up, you might just move up here after fishing Truman. And your tires will be safe too. Only way I'm coming down there is with a used set of tires, Or I'll park at Specks house and let him drive.

Maybe the WFP needs to add a MS car tag with the out of state lisence. Kinda a deversion tactic. I've heard John Shannon talk about catching a 100 a day on Truman. I think he said he was flipping jigs in cedar trees. What's the best time of the year to fish Truman?

365 if it is not frozen. October-November and March-April for numbers rigging. Then when it is real hot the dipping bite is best. I put over a hundred in the boat on Thursday morning in just a few hours by myself. Running double minnow rigs and only running 6 rods.

You don't see us southern folks headin north to crappie fish.

I offered to boil up a bushel and he didn't take me up on it.

We do need to pursue the South vs North tournament. We need to fish Grenada in the Spring and catch the big-pre-spawn mama's.

CM announced their 2011-2012 schedule and are coming to Grenada April 1&2. I hope we can have C.C the next week-end. Seven fish will weigh 15.5 to 18 lbs.
