Spring camp 2024 menu 3.0
I’m going to try to post again so I can edit the list as we go.
Friday night
We will have bbq etc. I have 2 grills at the boat shed but could use some charcoal
Pulled pork. Baitwaster
Burgers
Hot dogs or brats
Burnt ends. Crappie curt
Buns
Chips
Baked beans. Jigfisherx
Coleslaw
Potato salad
Macaroni salad
Condiments for burgers
BBQ sauce
Cookies/brownies
Any other sides welcome
Cobblers. Jigfisherx
Large cooler with ice
Bottled water
Not planning on setting up the tent weather permitting
I have 2 short tables (6’)
Someone else usually brings 2 longer tables
I have some red cups plates and bowls etc but it not a bad idea to byo
Ziplock gallon bags
I will bring my box of large spoons
Ladles spatulas etc.

Saturday nite menu
We are planning on a fish fry if the fish will cooperate
I will have my fryer setup but will need cooks
2-3 gallons oil. Keeferfish

I’ll have taters and onions for Saturday night and am planning on 1-2 cobblers each night. We will have tables and a cooler for water etc. Friday night Sheryl and I will pick up some buns and bbq sauce for the pulled pork. We will still have baked beans and we will bring potato salad and macaroni salad from the deli.
I will touch base with you, baitwaster and Kurt via phone. I have my fish cooker and a grill down there.
Hope we can catch some fish.
