Default Blew up my Terrova, got parts?

So I was trying to sell my 12v 55lb Terrova after I upgraded to a 24V.
I plugged it into my boat one last time to show the guy it worked....but my boat was now 24V.
At first nothing happened but by being persistent something finally "popped".

I know the main control board is bad. Old part number 2324022, new part number 2774016.
I maye have fried my i-pilot head and my i-pilot link head too (told you I was being persistent).

I was thinking I might put the Terrova on my kayak if it worked, but I'm not will to gamble $200 on a new control board only to find the $450 i-pilot heads are blown too.

Anyone have any parts lying around for a 2016 and older model?

    thanks
    Jake

Before I spent any money on it I would have service center look at it.

I am a service center....unauthorized. The only thing they could do would be try my ipilot boards on a known good unit if they had one that old.

I would rebuild the power board but they used a technique called potting. Basically encapsulated the board where almost is 100% hidden. You can't dissolve it.
