See if this helps.

I headed out last Friday to see if I could find some of these toads that are being caught on the Osage flats. When I deployed the Mega Live transducer, I noticed it was taking a bit longer for it to boot up. Once it came on it looked like I had some lake scum built up on the transducer. I wiped it down with a lens cleaning rag. NOPE, that wasn't it. After dorking around with the settings, resetting the trans, I started looking things over.
You see all the feedback and the dark areas in the mix of it? UGH
That's when I found this. UGH
Needless to say, I'm looking for someone to fix it or I'm headed to BassPro on my way home on Friday.

Not a problem. Hope it works out for you and you're able to get it repaired.
A friend of mine shared his FB page. I’m going to give him a call today.
