    I've got 20lbs of pork butt on the smoker. Also have a couple bags of Crappie out to thaw. Should be enough to feed the grand kids and us bigger kids but y'all know how kids can eat!

    New smoker. Nice break-in cook! Those are big butts.
    I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
    The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

    You got it Mike. It took about 14 hr for the thermometer to slide in like it was going in butter. Really impressed by the new smoker.
