Now that is the kind of Christmas gift I would love to get.
I made 20 lbs. of bacon. Cured the pork belly in a molasses/brown sugar cure 10 days, hickory smoked it, sliced it on my commercial slicer. The slices are 12"-14" long, pic shows half of what I made. It turned out killer good! I'll give some of it as Christmas gifts.
May never buy bacon again.

I'll fix him up. That smoker will be fine. Gravity feed charcoal burner, it's a Stumps clone. He saw one in action at our fall smoking get together at Stockton Lake, measured it, he's a metal artist.
