    Default Coin collectors

Any of y'all know anything about old coins?

A gun, like any other source of power, is a force for either good or evil, being neither in itself, but dependent upon those who possess it

Was given Grandpa's small coin purse when he passed away as a young boy.Have sporadically added to it through the years.Just a real small collection.Do have a 1857 Flying Eagle in poor shape but does mean quite a bit since it was Grandpa's..........Used to know a serious collector at work----Serious enough to invest his retirement in coins...???...Always wondered how wise that was....There are reference books for values...

Had a collector go thru my dad's coins he had quite a few. The very old and solid silver I kept but the majority of them like he had a lot of 50 cent pieces were worth 50 cents. He did tell me all the 1940 nickels were in demand.

A flying Eagle penny, never see one before, that ones definitely a keeper. A very nice way to remember your grandpa.

I'm looking for someone in the K.C. area that could help me value a couple coins I found.

Just an idea. I looked up Kansas City Coin Shop and found 14 if you are not able to find someone to help you.

Don't know much about coins. But my grandma left me some, one in particular is a 1878 dollar, just like to hold it in my hand and wonder what it has seen. Name: 20170729_213602.jpg
