I don't see from the original post where anyone has signed up for the following items:

    - Solo cps
    - Napkins
    - Aluminum foil
    - Aluminum pans
    - Paper towels
    - Bottled Water
    - Paper plates

Also, do we still need a pop up canopy or a big trash can? I can bring those too. Let me know

I think they got the trash cans taken care of. A pop up may be needed. I also have one I can bring.

Here is a reminder of what we have in storage:

    1 charcoal grill.
    4 black padded metal chairs
    2 8’ white folding tables
    20 12/10 aluminum serving trays
5 rolls new paper towels, several partial rolls.
    1 partial package of napkins
1 large roll of black trash bags
    1 white electrical power strip
    Lots and lots of cups

I have a pop up canopy, but with the new tent... do we need them now?

I'm bringing brownies and potato salad for Friday and baked beans coleslaw for Saturday. Going to bring a cooler and ice for the Spotted Cow herd also.

Same for left over napkins. Just a thought. Over all just an idea to keep things better organized.

Trash cans; another item that might be needed if anyone wants to jump on the donate list. One or two cheap plastic cans with bungee cords to hold the bags in place would be easier than a bag dangling from the support walls. Larger ones to hold 35-55 gal bags.

Currently the tent is stored directly on gravel, we might want to put down plywood or at least a tarp... or both to reduce the chance of damage.

I'm going to install some eyebolts in the walls so the support poles can be stored upright instead of taking up so much ground space. Stand em up and put a strap around them using the eyebolts to secure to.
I will bring some extra gallon ziplocs. Gordon, if you'll pm me with some idea of how many totes/what size are needed for storage, I will grab them as well.

A couple will be fine for the carry over season to season.
