Twin Bridges Today
I took my Champion down to Son-Sac Marine for Bill to replace a bad check valve in the oiling system. Passed by the launch at Twin Bridges and it was PACKED!!! The parking area at the launch was full, the overflow area was full, three rigs were turning in. There were two rigs across the road in the sand beach parking area!!!!
May not be any fish left down there.
Oh...... and southbound on 39 just north of "B" the right front tire on my trailer shredded, 2nd one of those. It's ALWAYS something. It gets all new tires and all wheel bearings serviced Monday. Then I'll bring it up to Peculiar and repaint the right trailer fender.
I highly recommend Sawyer Tire in Stockton, they boogied down with a jack and tools, swapped the spare on - $15. Took about 45 minutes and I was rolling.
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
