Thread: Real Estate Agent in Clinton/Warsaw area

We use Jack Wetzel at Truman Lake ReMax here in Clinton. He has always done us well. Tell him the Fosnow's sent you.

Moved 07, used Kathy Harrison also with Remax. Attentive and patient (my better half looked at a lot). Know she has survived through some up and down real estate years at least.

Kathy is another great agent. They are several good ones from Remax here in town.

I just sold a home in one day... final offer agreed to in 10, but the offer was done within 24 hours of listing.

I can't say enough about my agent. He used a professional photographer, that was key. Lighting and presentation sell it. People will look at pictures before they waste time viewing the property.

Eliminate cluter. Empty closets, clean, organize, take out twice as much as you think you should. Leave your home "show quality" every day.

Same lessons apply. Presentation is key. You want to get rid of a house, act like it.

When looking for home around Butler, I was surprised at the nice homes, open for showings, with dishes in the sink, shoes in front of the door, closets you can't see the back of, etc. You do not want a potential buyer focusing on that stuff, you want them to be able to use their imagination and view your home as theirs.

When interviewing an agent, ask them for their last 12 sales and reports on those sales. Look at d.o.m or days on market. That can be an indicator of how agressive they try to SELL your home.
