Re-downloaded upgrade and ran it on both units. They both upgraded to v2.5. SCORE. Can view map card on both units.

Next small problem is the yellow wake up wire doesn't wake up the other unit. Hmmmm?

They told me at bp to putt I like that because it was better. So I did just as told and glued it to lowest point in hull without any air bubbles and let it set for 24 hrs.

Well,, you were given 'BAD' info. The 'Skimmer' ducer can be glued in hull, but NOT the SS. See if you can get it 'unglued'. Then mount it in transom area where it will be in water and without anything out to the sides. I doubt if you break it BP will do anything about it. Sorry <*)}}}><

Dammit I will try. They even picked out the glue for me and gave me advise about how to do it.

What Is the glue that they gave you? Brand name and type of Glue? Silicone..... Epoxy...or other?
I will try to determine how to remove it , IF possible without damage to SS module or boat.
What is your hull made of?
