    Three big flocks today, one bunch looked like Blue Geese, they looked black with white heads,,,,, ? could this mean I will be catching crappie in the snow by November the 11th.......:

    Better get out your Long Johns Beagle.
    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    Saw several bunches sunday while fishing on the Missouri. It was good to watch while the fish weren't biting.
