    Default Fed Ex has lost their mind


    Wednesday transducer was in Earth City, MO
    Friday-still in Earth City, Mo. Which is 70 miles east of our house.
    Saturday-package in St. Louis, Mo
    package now in Rolla, MO
    Now it is in Beardstown, IL
    Now in Champaign, IL
    Sunday-now in Hazelwood, MO. In transit to local Post Office. May take an additional 2-3 days for delivery.

    This is ridiculous. Checked shipping address and it was CORRECT. I hate Fed Ex. Give me brown.

    Must be FedEx ground. Brown has done me that way two or three times lately. Ordered some crank baits from New Jersey took 13 days with them moving all over the country before going to post office for delivery. Both FedEx ground and Brown have contracts with post office to move their stuff and it's all messed up the way they handle it to save a couple of bucks.

    Most companies allow you to pay more for faster shipping.

    Observation: 1. YOU chose free shipping. 2. They are still in their anticipated delivery window, right? 3. If 2. is yes, you really don't have anything to complain about. It is free and they make a business decision to move it about in a computer program to save the most money. 4. Want fast or direct delivery? If yes, pay for it. While it is frustrating, if you look at the original order confirmation they gave you a window, I bet Monday/today is not promised, just anticipated with the allowable or suggested window being a pretty broad window.
    The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.
