My recent PETA activity.
Trying hard to keep my standing in PETA at the highest level possible.
Friday night, no less than 25, more like 30 crappie did their part to serve a group of good friends a tasty deep fried meal.
Saturday, venison steak and ground browned in a pan then turned into chili.
Sunday, brined two whole chickens, salt/pepper, onion powder, garlic, coated the oily skin, rotisserie to a golden brown. Second, oiled, salt/pepper, garlic, onion, and hot yellow curry, rotisserie to golden brown. First chicken went into chicken and dumplins, second got sucked down like it was a gulp of air. Love that curry chicken.
Tonight, grilled mahi mahi fillets will be transformed into fish tacos after being oiled, salt/pepper and grilled over charcoal. Served with cilantro lime rice and black beans.
