    First they have to determine and define what an "Assult Metorite" is. This was clearly an assult metorite and must be banned.

    It's a good thing it blew up over Russia and didn't land in the USA.... We would have to give it housing, food stamps, a drivers license, and college tuition. Plus give citizenship to any other meteorites in it's family that haven't dropped in yet, but may be heading this way.....
