Got another boat, I'm back in the game! I bought a lil boat and put a mud motor on it late this summer for duck hunting. I was still wanting to get something a lil bigger and suited more for crappie fishing..... After talking about buying another boat I told the wife that we could just wait til after the first of the year...I get home Wednesday evening from work and the wife says "I called about the boat and offered him what you wanted to pay and It's all yours."... What a woman, right!??! Took it out this afternoon just to mess around a lil bit, even caught a few fish. Gonna try to get on some fish tomorrow. If you see an 07 black and silver Crestliner draggin a 60 horse merc, more than likely on Truman, holler at me.

I've talked to guys who have good luck with Crestliner. Mine is the CX17 model, it has a sorta bass boat layout but aluminium hull.

I looked at a couple of them in Harrisonville a few years back at Mid West Marine. They had a 18 or 18 1/2 ft rig with a 90 HP on it well worth the money. It was a bass boat style and I liked all of the storage in it.
