    Default prayers and good thoughts needed


    Big daddy (kcballer) has been diagnosed with kidney cancer a couple weeks ago after several tests they have found it in his lungs and soft tissue behind his heart. Unfortunately chemo does not respond to this type of cancer. He is having surgery next Wednesday to remove his kidney and lesions on his lungs. Can't operate on the tumor behind his heart cuz its to close to a major artery. After he recovers from surgery (6-8) weeks they will see how there gonna treat it. Most likely will be a new treatment that they boost ur immune system and is pose to attack the cancer cells. Docs said its a harder treatment than chemo. It is a slow growing type of cancer. Docs had said without any treatment 1-2 years would b the prognosis but with treatment 5-7 years. And that isn't still real accurate becuz they r coming out with new treatments almost monthly for kidney cancer. He is a fighter and he will whoop this!!! We got tourny's to win and fish to catch for a long long long time so please keep a good thought for him my fellow cdc family. He can use all the support and prayers he can get!
    why do today what you can put off til tomorrow, go fishing instead!!!

    We have been praying for him and his family to get through this. Get him better before March so we can see his pretty face at the tournaments. Let us know if he needs anything.
