A gun, like any other source of power, is a force for either good or evil, being neither in itself, but dependent upon those who possess it

It is crazy the rumors that get going and people believe them. The swear it is the truth. Kind of like names for stuff. Willow cats, mud cats, flatheads. They are the same fish. Kind of like the Dept. of cons. bringing in bears and mountain lions. NO. They just spread out when the need arises. There are NO HONEY bears. No such thing in this country. It would be a small black bear. Also the different names for mountain lions. It is all the same cat. But now MO MO he might be real. Rofl

I had rather not believe this email I just got. According to it, ABC has banned all it's reporters from wearing American flag pins or anything that expresses support for the US. This is an exerpt from it, supposedly verified through snopes:
YESTERDAY THE BRASS AT ABC NEWS ISSUED ORDERS FORBIDDING REPORTERS TO WEAR
LAPEL PIN AMERICAN FLAGS OR OTHER PATRIOTIC INSIGNIA. THEIR REASONING WAS THAT
ABC SHOULD REMAIN NEUTRAL ABOUT 'CAUSES'.
    >
    > SINCE WHEN IS PATRIOTISM TO BE DISCOURAGED?
    > I URGE YOU TO BOYCOTT ABC AND ITS SPONSORS AND AFFILIATES. WE ARE SLOWLY
LOSING EVERYTHING OUR COUNTRY STANDS FOR AND EVERYTHING OUR MEN AND WOMEN FOUGHT
    AND DIED TO PRESERVE!

    That get your blood pumping?

I believe a lot of pheasant hunters would be happy if the cons dept. would realize that its not all about species that were always here and put some effort into getting pheasant population into a better status. The money that is spent trying to harvest a few pheasants would really benefit all of Mo.
