Not sure if it is or not, but you can get a dang good used one for just a little more. Guy in Springfield will take your old one give you credit for it, and apply it toward another. Got my new used one for 200 bucks.

This is where I got my parts. Best prices I could find. When you get a brush kit, you get the required seals with it.

Slayer--Just had mine redone by Jerry's Trolling Motor Service down off of SW blvd. He did a great job. I have a Minn-Kota Maxxum 80 and the parts were about 100.00 and he charged me another 80 to put them in. Mine was acting up when I would let off the pedal it wouldn't start again until you spun the prop. It had a bad armature. 816-591-3984 is Jerry's number.

With that being said, if I was going to just order parts, I got to know a guy off of Bassboatcentral.com and there is a guy in Arkansas that is very helpful and will talk you through the process over the phone, his business, is Jones Trolling Motor Service. I ordered a new set of cables off of him last year and he was very cheap on his prices.

Hope that helps some, good luck.

    Matt

Slayer, I tear up my TM more than most. I deal with www.trollingmotorparts.comThey are at Lake Fork. If you are handy and want to do it yourself-Jack can fix you up with parts. Might not be the cheapest but they got the parts and they get them out quick. I don't like down time cuz I broke a gizmo on my TM.
