Default List of items needed for meals at Spring camp

Here is the list of items for camp meals based on what we had last year. I just copied and removed the names of who brought the items last year. There maybe things on the list we may not need and others that we may want. So feel free to chime in with ideas of what you think we will want to have.
For the new members that have not attended a camp we usually have a cookout on Friday night with several grills going and then a big fish fry on Saturday night with all the sides. Earlier in the week some eat at there own site and sometimes there will be a grill going somewhere to throw something on. Pretty hard to go hungry or thirsty for that matter. Just post on here what you would like to bring and I will add it to the list and keep it updated as we go.

How many brats do you need? I get mine from McBee's in Amsterdam, MO. Best in the country.

I think last year someone brought 40 and another person brought another 20. When we get a little closer we will know a better estimate of how many we will have. Best guess the last two years would be around 50-75 on Friday night and 75-125 on Saturday night. Two years ago we had a huge tent maybe 30-40 that Bugman hooked us up with and we had it packed with people. 125 may be a light guess for that fishfry. Was a great crowd and some great food. Usually grills going with burger, deer burger, brats and chicken wings on Friday night and through out the week nights.

I'll take care of the plates, cups, and knives, forks & spoons for both nights.

Ok, I'll do the brats and something else.
I also have a pop up canopy if it is needed.

I will add you to the list for brats. We always lik eto have several canopies in case of rain to put over fryers and to sit under. If it is to bad we can always try and get the big tent again. Checked out the brat website. may have to get a 5 lb sampler. Seen several that sounded real good.

Dude!! Don't. You ever eat a McBee's brat you'll never touch another. Pineapple is the best. I'll bring the P.Apple and original... get too many flavors and you can't tell what's what.
